Ashgrove Bed and Breakfast was originally built in the 1800's and to this day still retains many of its original grand features. Established as a B & B for over 15 years now, we have become Kirkcaldy's premier place to stay for a truly memorable and enjoyable visit.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing break away in the beautiful surroundings of Kirkcaldy's outskirts or you seek the vibrant coastal centre complete with restaurants and shops, our guest house is in prime location.
Ashgrove Bed and Breakfast features four bedrooms, two of the four are fully en-suite and we have a specific family room that sleeps up to a family of four. Other facilities include a breakfast room where our guests can indulge in one of our home cooked breakfasts, residents lounge and out door decking for those quiet evenings basking in the beautiful sunsets.
